International Returns 

International customers (including NZ) if you're not satisfied with your online purchase and would like to make a return please send this back to Academy HQ via registered post.

Please note we do not offer exchanges for International returns. We suggest opting for a refund or and placing your order again via the website.

Strictly no refunds on sale items.

Please complete the Academy Brand Returns Form: CLICK HERE and place it inside the parcel.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Please allow up to 7 business days for your item to be processed.

Customers are responsible for shipping & handling charges for posting items back to us unless deemed faulty. 

To return merchandise for a refund, please fill out the Returns Form and return merchandise by registered mail to: Academy Brand - Warehouse 5, Dock 8, 415 Pembroke Road, Minto. NSW. 2566
