International customers (excluding NZ) if you're not satisfied with your online purchase and would like to make a return please send this back to Academy HQ via registered post.
Please note we do not offer exchanges for International parcels. We suggest opting for a refund and placing your order again via the website.
Strictly no refunds on sale items.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Please allow up to 7 business days for your item to be processed.
Customers are responsible for shipping & handling charges for posting items back to us unless deemed faulty.
