International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country, and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. 

The Academy Brand cannot predict what these charges may be, we recommend contacting your local customs office to find out the exact details. 

If your order shows Attempted Delivery and has now been sent to a collection point, please note if the parcel is not collected in time your order will be sent back to us and we do not offer to resend it, instead we will process a return.
