All of our deliveries have Authority To Leave by default, so we recommend that you either choose a delivery address where someone will be able to accept your delivery throughout the work week, or an address that has a safe area to leave the parcel.

If there is no one at the delivery location, it is up to the delivery driver's discretion as to whether there is a safe place to leave the parcel or not.

If the delivery driver deems that there is nowhere appropriate to leave the parcel it will either be: taken to a nearby collection point, redelivered in the next Delivery run or returned to our warehouse.
We do not offer the option to require a signature on delivery.
