If you have received only part of your order, it could be due to low stock availability of some items.
Our team always strives to fulfill the order from an alternate dispatch location, but in cases of unavailability, we may have to process a refund for the missing item. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for the rest of your order to be processed. Once it is, you will receive an additional tracking number so you can track it.
