How do I use my gift card/credit online?Updated 3 hours ago

In order to redeem a Gift Card to make an online purchase, simply navigate to the 'My Bag' page, and enter your Gift Card details under the Order Summary section (see below).

This will take you to the checkout, with you Gift Card added to the transaction. (Please note that store credits issued in-store cannot be used online).

If you are not able to see the Gift Card being applied at checkout, you may be viewing our express checkout. In this case, you should see 3 dots next to your email address, click those and click Check out as guest.


From there, navigate back to the 'My Bag' page, enter the card details again, and this time you should see the voucher applied to your transaction.
