How do I redeem my loyalty reward points?Updated 6 months ago

IN STORE REDEMPTION

To redeem rewards in-store, simply provide our staff with your account details at the checkout and they will be able to find your account and apply the reward to your purchase.

ONLINE REDEMPTION

To redeem rewards online, simply log in to your account then proceed to the checkout. Once you are in the checkout, you will find your available rewards under your product cart, simply enter the amount of rewards you would like to use then hit apply*. Once they have been applied your order total will be reduced by the amount of reward that you have elected to use.

*please note, you may only redeem rewards up to 50% of the total value of an order. 
For example, 

Iyou have $40 worth of rewards, and you have to total order value of $40, you are only able to redeem $20 of rewards for your order, and you will have to pay the remaining $20. 

Rewards are not redeemable against gift cards or shipping


- If you have received your loyalty rewards via email, you may need to check if you have an active / current Academy Brand Online Account. 

- If you have redeemed in store, please create an online account using the same email address. Your rewards will transfer across.

- If you checked out online and still can not log into your account. Please sign up again via the 'Join Now' you will instantly see your rewards in your profile once logged in.
