Purchasing a gift card

Gift cards can be purchased through our Online Store via this link. Or any Academy Brand Store. (DJ's not included) 

Here is some helpful tips about our Gift Cards; 

- Gift cards can be redeem in store and online.

- You can check your balance by logging into your account or by clicking the gift card tab on the website. 

- All gift cards contain a voucher number and pin code. Both numbers are needed to complete your purchase in store and online.

- All gift cards are treated as currency please ensure you keep this in a safe place. 

- Gift cards are valid for 3 years. 

- Gift cards cannot be purchased with any discount, offer or promotional code.

If you haven't received your voucher by email

If you have purchased your gift card online and have not received the voucher by email, please ensure you have checked the below steps. 

1. The correct email address was used. 

2. Have checked your junk mail. 

Please reach out to support and we can assist in re-sending the voucher to you. 

Applying your Gift card

At the checkout, you can simply enter your voucher number & pin in the 'Add a Gift Card' box then click 'Apply Gift Card' 

The total will then reproduce the remaining balance to be paid if necessary. 

If the Gift Card was not used at Checkout we can not apply it after the order has been made.
