FAQ

1. How will I know when my order is ready?

Our retail team will send you a confirmation once your order is ready to be collected. Our store team will aim to have your order ready within 3 hours.

If the store is unable to complete your Click & Collect order, we will send you an email to notify you of this, and you will be refunded via your original payment method. 

2. How long do I have to collect my order?

Please collect your order within 5 days. Once your order has aged 5 days, a member of our team will reach out before cancelling your order.

3. Can someone collect my order for me?

Yes! But please make sure that they have a copy of your order confirmation to show our store team on collection.

4. Which stores offer Click & Collect?

Click & Collect will only be available at our boutique locations. Please use our store locator to find your nearest store. 

Click & Collect will not be available at any David Jones locations.
