If you have entered the incorrect shipping address at checkout and you need to change this after your online order has been confirmed. Please reach out via the support chat or contact form straightaway. 

If your parcel has already been shipped we will try our best to have your parcel re-directed to the correct address. However, it is likely the parcel will be returned to sender. 

Please note, online orders are picked daily from 6am. During peak sale time, with an influx of orders amendments to orders my be difficult to change.
