Yes you can!

If you would rather get a credit note for future purchases instead of exchanging or refunding online, that's more than fine.

Complete the refund process as usual and indicate this on your returns form.
One of our Customer Care reps will then load the amount onto a gift card for you to use on a future purchase. All credits and Gift Cards are valid for 36 months and can be redeemed in-store and online.
