We rely on an automated algorithm to determine whether or not each order has a low, medium or high risk of being Fraudulent which is based on many factors, and relies on the data of thousands of past orders to analyse the risk factor of every order.

If your order is determined to have a medium or high risk of fraud, we require additional points of data in order to prove your identity so that we can override the system and process your order as normal.
