In order to keep our fulfillment processes fast & streamlined, we unfortunately aren't able to edit orders after they have been placed.
If you would like to edit you shipping address, once you have received your tracking number, simply reach out to AusPost here, and they will be able to assist you in placing a redirect request on the parcel.
If you would like to cancel your order or change items within the order, once you receive your order, simply return it back to us through our online channel or instore and we will do our best to process the return for you.
Please be mindful when you enter your shipping address, if you do enter the wrong address and we are not able to change the address before it gets delivered, we do not take responsibility for replacing or refunding your order.
